Handcrafted, artisan Chocolate made every step from bean -to-bar at Squash Blossom Farm. Our heritage cocoa beans are grown on small family farms in Costa Rica and sold directly to us at a fair price. We roast the beans in our wood-fired oven, shell, winnow, melange, temper and mold the chocolate. Just two simple ingredients, 70% cocoa and 30% organic raw cane sugar. Heavenly.
